Go north and find the [[buggy]]. You will reach [[Port-Belooga]]. There, talk with the fisherman to reach the [[White Leaf Desert]]. Go thought the platforming phase and destroy the soldier in front of the gate to get a key. Continue and talk with the Old Sage. Jump inside the well.
